A: In the year 2016-2017, I enrolled myself in a dual diploma course in photography at IIP. Q: What have you been up to on the work front? A: I have been keeping myself busy with my work. I now own a company called Camedia, specializing in creating exceptional quality Virtual Tours and 360° content for digital marketing and various other platforms. I had the privilege of working with Google, creating content for their esteemed clients, which was a remarkable achievement. Additionally, I have been collaborating with product manufacturers in the eCommerce sector, such as Myntra and Amazon, as a product photographer. Q: How did learning at IIP help you transform struggles into results? A: When I joined IIP, I already had experience working as a photographer, so I wasn't new to the subject. However, I recognized the need to enhance my technical skills and delve deeper into the distinctive aspects of different photography genres. Joining IIP provided me with the opportunity to fine-tune my technical abilities, and I am grateful to the mentors at the academy for their invaluable guidance. They played a crucial role in transforming my struggles into a successful career. Q: What has been the contribution of IIP to your success? A: This institute has played a pivotal role in my life, as it has equipped me with expertise in the field of photography, thus enhancing my career prospects. One of the most remarkable aspects of my association with IIP is the institute's continued support even after completing the course. They genuinely care about their students' progress in their careers and provide regular guidance, which I will always cherish. Q: What struggles did you face after completing your course? A: Since I was already working while pursuing the course, finding a job was not a significant challenge for me. However, my association with the Indian Institute of Photography further added feathers to my cap, enhancing my professional achievements. Abhishek's journey from being a student at IIP to becoming a successful entrepreneur showcases the transformative power of quality education and guidance.
